• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Platform Responsibilities

• Intermediation: Rawdhati strives to verify the legal existence of listed daycares but cannot guarantee the quality of services they provide.
• Availability: We strive to keep the platform available 24/7 but reserve the right to interrupt service for maintenance.

4. User Obligations (Parents and Daycares)

• Mutual respect: All exchanges via the platform must remain courteous and professional.
• Transparency: Daycares agree to display up-to-date fees and availability.
• Security: Sharing inappropriate content or using the platform for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Protecting your children's data is our top priority.

• Collection: We collect only the data necessary to manage enrollments (name, age, child's health).
• Confidentiality: Data is shared only with daycares selected by parents.
• Rights: In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data.

6. Payments and Cancellations

• Service fees: If Rawdhati charges booking fees, they are shown before you confirm.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation terms for a daycare place are governed by each partner establishment's internal rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rawdhati cannot be held liable for incidents, accidents, or disputes occurring within childcare facilities. Any dispute relating to the care of the child must be resolved directly between the parent and the daycare.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
